Prohibited activity
Do not use Relisend for unsolicited bulk mail; phishing, credential theft, fraud, malware or evasion; harassment, exploitation or threats; impersonation; rights infringement; unlawful content; unauthorised probing; system interference; or concealment of abusive traffic.
Senders must have a lawful recipient basis, identify themselves, honour unsubscribe requests, keep contact data valid, and follow marketing and anti-spam rules. Purchased, scraped or unlawfully shared lists are prohibited.

Enforcement
Relisend may rate-limit, quarantine, preserve evidence, restrict sending, suspend, or terminate for serious or repeated violations. Severity, intent, history and risk are considered.
