Parties and business use
These terms are between [Must be configured before public launch] (“Relisend”) and the organisation accepting them. The service is for professional use by adults authorised to bind that organisation.
Service and accounts
Relisend provides domain, mailbox, webmail, mobile, billing and support tooling that may depend on third parties. Customers must keep information accurate, protect credentials, configure required DNS records, and report compromise.
Plans, payment and renewal
Plan scope, limits, term, tax, currency and price are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew for the displayed term until cancelled before renewal. Failed payment may restrict provisioning or lead to suspension after reasonable notice. Domain services are also subject to registrar and registry rules.
Content and acceptable use
Customers retain rights in content and give Relisend limited permission to transmit, store, scan and display it to provide and secure the service.

Relisend may restrict an affected account to prevent security harm, unlawful use, material abuse, or continuing non-payment. Where safe and lawful, notice and an opportunity to cure are provided. Request exports before termination.
Availability and liability
Relisend provides the service with reasonable skill and care, but does not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, inbox placement, domain availability or third-party uptime. Exclusions and caps apply only as permitted by mandatory law.
Changes and law
Material changes will be notified where required. Governing law and competent courts must be confirmed before launch; mandatory protections remain unaffected.
