Controller and contact

Data and purposes
We process account identity and contact data, company and domain configuration, subscription and transaction references, support communications, security and audit events, device and push tokens, and mailbox connection metadata. Message content and attachments are processed only to provide mail features requested by the mailbox user.
Legal bases
Service and subscription administration is based on contract performance. Security, fraud prevention and reliability rely on legitimate interests. Accounting records are processed for legal obligations. Optional communications or non-essential device storage require consent where applicable.
Recipients and transfers
Authorised personnel and providers receive only what they need. Data leaving the EEA requires an applicable adequacy decision or safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and a transfer assessment.

We follow the retention schedule. Closing a Relisend account does not imply immediate deletion from independent backups or provider systems before their stated expiry periods.

Relisend uses access controls, encryption in transit, audit logging, malware controls and tenant separation. We do not make legal or similarly significant decisions solely by automated processing. The service is for organisations and authorised adult business users, not children.
